Abstract: The present invention discloses a system (100) and a method (200) for transferring data between a plurality of electric components of a vehicle. The system comprises a motor (102) that includes a rotor and a stator. One or more sensors (104) are mounted on the rotor configured to detect the data associated with the rotor. Further, a transmitter (106) is mounted on the stator being configured to transmit the data associated with the rotor. Furthermore, a control unit (108) is mounted within a proximity of the motor (102) and communicatively coupled with the transmitter (106). The control unit (108) being configured to receive the transmitted data via a wireless communication protocol.
