Abstract: A system and method are provided for task automation using role-based intelligence. The system scrapes information from web sources of the offerings based on the role of the user and extracts contextual data points from the scraped information. A web-sourced intelligence inference is generated from the contextual data points. Based on the web-sourced intelligence inference, one or more actions are identified. The system generates an automated workflow for each action, wherein each action includes one or more tasks. The system further associates each task with one or more software services by referring to a role-based service repository. The automated workflow is executed by invoking each task through the corresponding software services, to apply one or more improvements to the product of the user organization.
