Abstract: System and Method for Synthesizing and Fabricating High-Stability, High-Efficiency Organometallic Perovskite Solar Cells for Renewable Energy Applications is the proposed invention. The proposed invention discloses a system and method for synthesizing and fabricating high-stability, high-efficiency organometallic perovskite solar cells using Bayesian Optimization-based machine learning. The system integrates precursor formulation, perovskite deposition, controlled crystallization, defect passivation, interface engineering, thermal treatment, and photovoltaic characterization into a closed-loop optimization framework. Fabrication parameters including precursor composition, solvent ratio, additive concentration, deposition conditions, annealing temperature and duration, and passivation conditions are systematically varied to generate experimental data. The measured electrical, optical, structural, and stability characteristics are supplied to a Bayesian Optimization engine, which develops a probabilistic model of the relationship between processing parameters and solar-cell performance and selects improved experimental conditions. The optimized parameters are iteratively fed back into the fabrication process to reduce trial-and-error experimentation and identify a suitable process window. The invention thereby facilitates improved power-conversion efficiency, defect control, operational stability, reproducibility, and scalable fabrication of perovskite solar cells for renewable-energy applications.
