MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641086698 A) filed by Vellore Institute Of Technology on July 15, 2026, for System And Method For Stress-Aware Productivity Prediction Using Electroencephalogram-Based Physiological Analysis And Behavioral Performance Evaluation.
Inventors include Valarmathi B; Nidhi Thomas; and Arunima Sanjeev.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a system (100) and method for multi-modal stress-aware productivity prediction that integrates physiological stress indicators derived from electroencephalogram (EEG) signals and behavioral stress indicators obtained from task- performance analytics with machine learning-based productivity prediction models to generate dynamically adjusted productivity estimations and workforce decision-support outputs in real time. The system (100) comprises a computing device (102) having at least one processor (104) and a memory (106) storing one or more instructions executable by the at least one processor (104). The processor (104) is configured to execute plurality of modules for generating stress-adjusted productivity estimations through integrated physiological stress assessment, behavioral stress assessment, operational productivity prediction, and stress-responsive productivity adjustment. The system (100) integrates physiological stress indicators, behavioral performance metrics, and machine-learning-based productivity estimation to generate adaptive productivity predictions representing real-time workforce conditions.
