The application for the patent was published on June 05, 2026, under issue no. 23/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR STONE-BASED GRINDING IN MIXER The various embodiments of the present invention provide a system and method for stone-based grinding in mixer with a stone grinding mechanism that combines the nutritional benefits of traditional stone grinding with the efficiency of modern mixers. The system operates at a controlled speed, significantly reducing heat generation during the grinding process. This preserves the nutritional content, flavor, and texture of the food. The grinding stones (104) replace conventional metal blades and are securely mounted within a precisely engineered mixer jar (100). The invention is equipped with a low-speed coupler (101), a bearing system (110), and a top lock (108) mechanism for safe and efficient operation enabling faster grinding compared to traditional stone grinders while extending the shelf life of ground products. The system is suitable for both domestic and commercial applications, providing a healthier and more efficient alternative to conventional high-speed mixers.
