Abstract: ABSTRACT A system and method for smart occupational-safety and welfare monitoring of tea plantation workers is disclosed. Worker-facing interfaces, optional wearable nodes, welfare or inspection inputs, and digital records provide monitoring information relating to occupational safety, welfare facilities, service access, documentation, entitlement processes, grievances, and legal awareness. A monitoring platform normalizes the information and maps each record to a configured requirement profile. A safety-risk or implementation-deficiency event is generated when validated evidence fails a mapped requirement or satisfies a safety condition. The event is prioritized and routed to an authorized stakeholder, while acknowledgement and corrective-action status are monitored. After corrective action, the system obtains a worker, inspection, service, record, or sensing verification input and closes the event only when a stored resolution condition is satisfied. The architecture provides worker-oriented, traceable monitoring and verified corrective-action support without requiring centralized manual registers.
