Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Smart Medication Dispensing and Dosage Compliance Monitoring The present invention relates to a system and method for intelligent medication dispensing and dose compliance monitoring. The invention provides a digital prescription interpretation module, a multi-layer medication authentication module, a patient identity verification module, a physiological readiness assessment module, an adaptive dosage decision engine, an intelligent medication dispensing module, a multi- modal medication consumption verification module, a compliance intelligence and prediction module, a digital medication twin management module, a tamper-resistant compliance record generation module, and a secure healthcare communication module. The system authenticates medications, verifies patient identity, assesses physiological suitability before medication administration, dynamically authorises dispensing, validates medication consumption thru multi-modal sensing, predicts dosage non-compliance, and securely generates authenticated compliance records for transmission to authorised health care providers. The joint action of these modules leads to higher dispensing accuracy, better patient safety, fewer medication mistakes, better compliance with treatment, better medication management, and reliable, secure and smart dispensing of medication with ongoing monitoring of dosage compliance.
