Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SKILL-BASED COMPLEMENTARY MATCHMAKING AND REAL-TIME COLLABORATIVE TEAM FORMATION The present disclosure relates to a system and method for skill-based matchmaking and collaborative team formation across networked user devices. The system (100) comprises an input unit (102) configured to receive structured digital input data including user identification data, role identifiers, skill descriptors, and project participation parameters, a processing unit (104) operatively coupled to the input unit (102), and an output unit (106). The processing unit (104) is configured to authenticate users, generate and maintain machine-readable user profile data structures, store and retrieve profile data from a network-accessible data repository, and receive project definition data comprising required skill vectors and participation constraints. The processing unit (104) further executes a skill-complementarity matching process, manages join request exchanges, enforces access rules, and upon approval instantiates a shared collaborative workspace synchronized in real time across multiple user devices. The system (100) thereby enables scalable, role-aware team formation and persistent collaboration across distributed computing resources. FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
