The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.

Abstract: A system (100) and method for session-level threat assessment and adaptive access control in an online commerce platform are disclosed, which comprises an interaction processing module (108), a session modeling module (110), a threat assessment module (112), an adaptive access control module (114), and an enforcement module (116). The communication module (106) receives interaction data associated with a user session. The interaction processing module (108) normalizes the interaction data and organizes the interaction data into an ordered sequence of interaction events. The session modeling module (110) constructs a session context model and determines behavioral state transitions. The threat assessment module (112) evaluates the session context model to identify threat indicators, determine a threat assessment, and generate a confidence measure. The adaptive access control module (114) determines an access control policy, and the enforcement module (116) selectively enforces the access control policy during continuation of the user session.
