Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to sentiment and intent analysis of courtroom arguments. The system (100) includes a speech-to-text converter (102) converting courtroom audio input into a text transcript. A contextual legal analyzer (104) identifies legal discourse markers (204) to generate a legal context vector (218) per speaker segment. A processing circuit (106) extracts speaker-attributed text segments via text pre-processing operations (212), determines a sentiment output (208), and tracks a timeline-based emotional shift record (222) mapping sentiment changes across successive temporal timestamps. An intent output (214) is derived from the emotional shift record (222). The system (100) generates a structured analytical report (110) presenting the sentiment output (208), intent output (214), and emotional shift record (222) on a visualization output interface (112), delivering an automated, speaker-attributed, timeline-indexed record of emotional and intentional shifts independent of manual interpretation.
