Abstract: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SELF-HEALING INDUSTRIAL SAFETY MONITORING USING AGENTIC AI-ENABLED MESH NETWORK Disclosed is a system (100) for infrastructure-free emergency communication during disasters and emergency situations. The system comprises a mesh node (102) configured to transmit, receive, and relay messages using an ESP-NOW protocol, a master node (104) configured to receive and monitor messages, an OLED display (108), a battery charging module (106), and a rechargeable battery (110). A push button enables user-initiated message generation, wherein a short press generates a Normal message and a long press generates an Emergency message. A processing unit executing an Agentic AI framework continuously monitors network health, predicts communication node failures, and optimizes routing paths to enhance network reliability. The mesh nodes establish a self-forming and self-healing wireless mesh network, enabling reliable multi-hop communication without dependence on mobile towers, internet connectivity, or centralized communication infrastructure.
