Abstract: A computer-implemented system (100) for secure temporal orchestration of visual data arrays is disclosed. The system (100) acquires structural information of an active graphical user interface through operating system-level interfaces and generates a structural layout representation for detecting workflow transitions. Associated textual information is evaluated to determine a sensitivity classification, wherein visual data satisfying a predefined threat threshold is redirected to a hardware-isolated execution environment for cryptographic processing before indexing, while non-sensitive visual data is processed to generate semantic vector representations. The system (100) further generates directional temporal lineage relationships between sequential visual data representations and stores corresponding nodes within a local directional knowledge graph. During retrieval, protected visual data represented by metadata tracking tokens is decrypted only after authorization and rendered within temporary volatile memory. The system (100) provides localized structural analysis, secure memory processing, temporal lineage generation, and controlled retrieval of visual data
