The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: A worker safety orchestration system and method are disclosed. The system comprises a plurality of independent data sources of different modalities, including an on- body source, a sensing source independent of the worker's equipment, and an authorization source, communicating data, via a secure network and gateway, to an orchestration processor. The orchestration processor reconciles states from the independent sources against a machine-encoded standard operating procedure condition, resolving contradictions, generating a bound safety determination, and maintaining a real-time, cross-attested worker safety-state representation. A cloud platform further applies machine-learning analytics and predictive risk scoring, and an attestation layer generates tamper-resistant records of determinations. A response and notification engine automatically dispatches a physical response, including worker alerts, permit decisions, supervisor escalation, or equipment shutdown, over a closed loop from sources to worker. The invention detects hazards unwitnessed by any single source, such as an authorization contradiction, thereby improving industrial safety, auditability, and incident prevention.
