The authentication and authorization module (114) validates JWT tokens, role-based permissions, and tenant identifiers. The business services layer (116) verifies uploaded property documents using file validation, checklist verification, SHA-256 hashing, OCR extraction, profile matching, duplicate checking, and missing document detection. The E-Khata service (116d) keeps a download URL inactive until internal review and government audit are completed, thereby enabling secure generation, mapping, activation, and controlled release of an E-Khata document.
