MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202643077954 A) filed by Srinivasan Arumugam on June 24, 2026, for System And Method For Role-Attributed Governance And Candidate Capability Representation.
Inventor includes Srinivasan Arumugam.
The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: A system (100) and method for role-attributed interview governance and candidate capability representation are disclosed. An interview-event acquisition engine (130) receives one or more interview input streams using independent, shared, merged, or hybrid acquisition modes. Participant-role-attributed events are generated from identifiable participant streams or from a shared or merged stream mapped to governed roles. The events are normalized into a common downstream event representation (260) and evaluated against an executable bilateral governance plan to generate governed candidate response events. An automated candidate scoring engine (170) generates structured assessment-output objects, and a candidate capability construction engine (180) maps the objects to create a multidimensional capability representation stored as a versioned capability state. A suitability processing engine compares the capability state with a machine-readable later-role representation. Candidate-authorized fields may generate a source-decoupled discovery data object.
