MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641114680 A) filed by Karthik B on September 24, 2026, for System And Method For Resolution-Gated Computation Of Procedural Time Limits From Heterogeneous Documentary Evidence.

Inventor includes Karthik B.

The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: A data-processing method and system control computation of a procedural time limit from a plurality of documents. Temporal-event hypotheses are generated from locator-addressable text units, including conduct-inferred hypotheses derived by a trained model from described acts, and are grouped into clusters pertaining to common events. A cluster is assigned an unresolved state when it contains mutually inconsistent hypotheses, a low-confidence hypothesis, an unreviewed conduct- inferred hypothesis, or an outstanding predicate identified by authority-weighted predicate tests. While unresolved, a resolution gate prevents a dependent deterministic computation from producing or propagating an actionable output. Upon resolution, the computation executes using a governing hypothesis and a retrieved rule. Upon later evidence materially altering the governing input, the cluster is reopened, the computed limit is invalidated, and downstream artefacts are returned to a non- actionable state.
