Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a system and method for remote monitoring and automatic control of industrial parameters using an embedded Green-IoT platform. The system employs an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with voltage, current, temperature, humidity, and noise sensors for continuous monitoring of industrial conditions. Sensor data is processed locally, displayed on an LCD, and transmitted wirelessly to a cloud platform for real-time remote access, alert generation, and historical analysis. When any monitored parameter exceeds predefined safety threshold values, the system automatically actuates a relay module to disconnect or regulate industrial equipment, thereby preventing overheating, overload, electrical faults, and equipment damage. The invention reduces human intervention, improves safety, supports predictive maintenance, and enhances operational reliability. By using low-cost components and low-power architecture, the system provides a scalable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective alternative to conventional industrial monitoring systems.
