Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Real-Time Vital Sign Monitoring and Emergency Alert Generation The present invention relates to a system and method for real- time vital sign monitoring and adaptive emergency alert generation. The system obtains physiological data from several biomedical sensors. The physiological signal integrity verification module verifies the obtained signals to eliminate unreliable measurements. A layered physiological correlation engine correlates the validated physiological parameters and verifies the physiological parameters with individual physiological baselines to accurately determine a user’s health condition. In addition, the system predicts emergency progression through temporal physiological trend analysis, dynamically optimizes sensor operation based on sensor confidence, and verifies detected abnormalities through redundant physiological cross-validation before generating emergency alerts. The verified physiological events are categorized into the predefined emergency severity levels. An authenticated emergency evidence package is created and securely transmitted to the authorized recipients. It also allows for context-aware physiological assessment, adaptive energy management, continuous post-emergency recovery monitoring and physiological event memory management, thus improving monitoring reliability, reducing false alarms, enabling predictive emergency detection, and enhancing timely medical response.
