The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: A system for real-time monitoring of user attention and productivity using multi-modal behavioral analysis is provided. The system 100 includes a user device 102 configured to capture continuous video input of a user through an image capturing device, and an attention monitoring server 106 communicatively connected via a network 104. The attention monitoring server 106 is configured to process the video input to extract facial landmarks; determine eye state using an Eye Aspect Ratio with temporal smoothing and hysteresis thresholding; identify a drowsy state using PERCLOS, detect distraction through an object detection model, classify user focus into multiple states including focused, eyes closed, occluded, not visible, and distracted; and dynamically control a timer to accumulate time only during focused conditions. The system 100 enables accurate, real-time, behavior-aware monitoring of user attention and productivity. FIG. 1
