The processor (104) executes plurality of modules (116) comprises a geospatial disaster-event acquisition module (118), a geospatial visualization and event coordination module (120), a location-aware emergency alert processing module (122), a distributed emergency-resource coordination module (124), a shelter and safety coordination module (126), a missing-person coordination module (128), a volunteer and relief-support coordination module (130), and a distributed relief-resource management module (132). The system (100) enables synchronized disaster-event monitoring, location-aware emergency coordination, distributed resource synchronization, and reduced emergency-response communication latency during disaster events.
