System provides, in real-time project owner with an availability calendar of each of team members once user provides invitation approval, manage scheduling information associated with team member of project based on availability calendar, scheduling information is modifiable by at least one of project owner and team member. System maintains, for each user availability calendar based on self- availability provided by the respective user, wherein the user is responsible for manually blocking specific date and specific time on the availability calendar to reflect self-availability.
