Abstract: Provided is a system for providing health advice for a user in order to effectively utilize biological data obtained in daily life of the user for maintaining and promoting the health of the user and in order to provide user-friendly health advice that is further customized for the user. The system includes: a sensor that is installed in a facility and continuously collects biological data of the user; an analyzing device that is configured to perform analysis of the biological data collected by the sensor and to determine the health status of the user; a program generation device that is configured to generate a health promotion program tailored to the user by using the determination result of the health status; and an advice generation device that is configured to input the determined health status, the generated health promotion program, and additional information associated with the user into a large-scale language model to obtain health advice for the user.
