Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a THz-enabled 6G multi-UAV wireless communication system (100) and method (200) for efficient service provisioning and profit optimization under SLA constraints. The system includes User Equipment (UEs) (102) generating service requests, UAVs (104) deployed near UEs as aerial relays and edge computing nodes, a Base Station (BS) (106) managing UAV deployment, task offloading, and adaptive bandwidth allocation, and a Cloud Server (CS) (108) providing overflow computational resources. The method (200) includes receiving service requests, deploying UAVs (104), establishing THz-enabled 6G links, processing tasks at UAVs or offloading to the BS (106) or CS (108), dynamically allocating THz sub-bands via a Large Language Model (LLM) at the BS (106), and returning results to UEs (102). UAV (104) positioning, bandwidth allocation, and hierarchical task offloading are jointly optimized to maximize SLA fulfillment and service provider profit, offering a scalable, low-latency, AI-driven solution for next-generation 6G networks.
