The system (100) comprises a processor (118) and a memory (120) storing instructions to receive, from a mutual fund disclosure repository (102), mutual fund portfolio disclosure files corresponding to multiple disclosure periods, identify portfolio sections, extract fund identifiers, disclosure periods, asset-under-management values, financial instrument identifiers, allocation percentages, and quantities of financial instruments, convert textual numerical values into structured numerical values, normalize the extracted information to generate standardized holding records, and store the standardized holding records in a database (106). The system further determines institutional investment values, arranges financial instruments according to the institutional investment values, determines cumulative institutional investment, identifies financial instruments corresponding to a predetermined cumulative institutional investment, generates an analytical dataset for presentation through a user interface (112), and, upon receiving explicit user approval, transmits a trade request to a broker platform (114).
