The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and a method for real-time detection and mitigation of phase transitions in Network-on-Chip (NoC) architectures. Inter-packet arrival times are analyzed using multibranch multifractal analysis to identify early indicators of queuing instability. Two parameters—width and skew of the multifractal spectrum—are computed at runtime and used to derive adaptive constraints to regulate packet communication in the NoC based system. This proactive control restores stable queuing behavior, suppresses emergent instabilities, and ensures predictable communication. The invention enhances stability in dynamic NoC environments, particularly within AI applications and safety-critical environment requiring high temporal predictability.
