Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to privacy-preserving smart safety and automated emergency response. The system (100) includes a secure sensor node (104) with a sensor array (106) and a hardware security chip (108), a distributed tamper-proof event ledger (110), and a processor (102). The processor (102) converts raw sensor data into abstract motion vectors through a non-invertible transformation that permanently removes personally identifiable information. The hardware security chip (108) generates an attestation signature and zero-knowledge proof, binding raw data hashes to transformed data hashes via a common cryptographic anchor. The event ledger (110) immutably records an event entry comprising a safety event category, attestation signature, and zero-knowledge proof. The processor (102) transmits an emergency dispatch signal carrying the safety event category and geo-location to an emergency response endpoint (112), enabling targeted emergency response while preserving individual privacy.
