Inventors include Dr. Deepak Nathiya; Dr. Hemant Bareth; Dr. Sandli Jain; and Dr. Bhumi Chaturvedi.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system (100) for preparing fast-dissolving powders. The system comprises a feed solution preparation unit (102) configured to dissolve at least one target substance in at least one solvent and a micro-precipitation medium preparation unit (104) configured to prepare an anti-solvent medium. The system further comprises a mixing unit (106) fluidically connected to the feed solution preparation unit (102) and the micro-precipitation medium preparation unit (104). The mixing unit (106) is configured to induce micro-precipitation of the target substance by mixing of the feed solution with the anti-solvent medium. Moreover, a particle recovery unit (108) configured to separate micro-precipitated particles from a resulting suspension to obtain a fast-dissolving powder and a solvent recovery unit (110) configured to recover and recycle solvent and anti-solvent components from the resulting suspension. The system (100) is configured to produce powder particles without requiring any post-precipitation mechanical operation.
