Inventors include Khatavkar Swaroop, Arun; Patil Pramod, Baban; and Jadhav Satish, Eknath.

The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: A system and method for predictive monitoring of workability and productivity of ready-mix concrete is disclosed. The system comprises monitoring devices 20 (A-C) having sensors that transmit a data packet to a MQTT broker 30 via cloud/server 33. The data is validated and normalized at a Log Aggregator 34. A Log Analyzer 35 analyzes the data by applying statistical regression/ML models to correlate real-time mixer data with historical workability values and generate a workability index report, accessible via a Management & Analytics Portal 37. The Management & Analytics Portal 37 controls the operations via Application Programming Interfaces (API) 38. The user/operator interacts with the system through mobile and/or web platforms 39 for receiving alerts and corrective suggestions. The system enables real- time corrections, minimizes batch rejections, reduces wastage of energy and raw materials, reduces CO2 emissions, minimizes need for manual testing, monitors mixer health and predicts concrete viscosity.
