Abstract: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PREDICTIVE ANALYSIS OF UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION ABSTRACT A system (100) for predictive analysis of unauthorized construction is disclosed. The system (100) comprising an aerial imaging unit (102) to capture aerial images; a geospatial data extraction unit (104) to extract location coordinates; a data preprocessing unit (106) to normalize and enhance the aerial images; a historical data repository (108) to store records; a geographic mapping unit (110) to generate spatial visualization data; and a network communication interface (112) to receive and transmit image data. The system (100) is configured to receive the captured aerial images; analyse the aerial images; classify detected unauthorized construction structures; map the detected unauthorized construction structures; process records to determine the unauthorized construction structures; generate automated alerts; and transmit the automated alerts to a decision support interface (200). The system (100) acquires aerial imagery, processes geospatial information, evaluates construction activities, and generates compliance-related outputs for regulatory authorities. Claims: 10, Figures: 5 Figure 1 is selected.
