Abstract: Abstract System and Method for Predicting Occupational Fatigue Using Pressure Dynamics and Electrostatic Behaviour Analytics The invention relates to a system and method for predicting occupational fatigue using pressure dynamics and electrostatic behaviour analytics. The invention employs an intelligent sensing platform incorporating a distributed pressure sensing layer, an electrostatic sensing layer, an ergonomic support structure, and an embedded processing module configured to continuously acquire biomechanical, electrostatic, physiological, temporal, occupancy, and environmental information from a standing user. The acquired data are processed through signal conditioning, feature extraction, and multi-modal sensor fusion to compute a Pressure-Electrostatic Fatigue Index indicative of the user's fatigue condition. A predictive fatigue analysis engine estimates fatigue progression, ergonomic risk, and anticipated fatigue onset before observable discomfort occurs, enabling proactive intervention through adaptive alerts and ergonomic recommendations. Historical fatigue information is analysed using cloud-based occupational analytics for long-term workforce health assessment, ergonomic compliance, and workplace safety management.
