The method (300) further includes applying one or more predefined filters to the captured image to normalize color spectrum by adjusting a RGB channels. The method (300) further includes identifying a region of interest (ROI) in the normalized image using a first pre-trained machine learning model. The method (300) further includes predicting the haemoglobin level in the blood sample by a second pre-trained machine learning model based on color differences within the identified ROI. . FIG. 1
