The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PREDICTING AIR BUBBLE FORMATION NEAR QUALITY SENSOR OF A VEHICLE ABSTRACT A system (100) for predicting air bubble formation near a quality sensor in a vehicle is disclosed. The system (100) includes a diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank (110) comprising a 10 quality sensor (115) and level sensor (120) for monitoring sensor status. The system (100) includes a global positioning system (GPS) module (125) for detecting vehicle parameters comprising vehicle location, altitude changes, and movement towards slopes. The system includes a gyroscope unit (130) configured to provide vehicle positioning, velocity, and angular movement data. The system includes a powertrain control unit (135) configured to 15 process gyroscope data, vehicle parameters, and sensor status. The system includes a processing unit (140) configured to determine a probability of bubble formation based on processed data and predefined conditions. FIG. 1
