Abstract: SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRECISE LASER MACHINING ON ALLOY SURFACE Provided is a system (100) and method (300) for precise laser machining on alloy surface. The system comprises a laser fiber (102) to irradiate laser beam through a collimator (104), an electric heater (106) being controlled by a digital temperature controller (108), an alloy (110) sheet adapted on an upper surface of the electric heater (106), and a controlling unit (112). The controlling unit (112) is configured to transmit a signal to the digital temperature controller (108) so as to regulate persistent temperature of the electric heater (106). Upon achieving the persistent temperature of the alloy (110) sheet, the controlling unit (112) is configured to radiate the laser beam from the laser fiber (102). Thereby, the controlling unit (112) is configured to laser machining the surface of the alloy (110) sheet by the laser beam radiated from the laser fiber (102).
