The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT An AI-powered agricultural monitoring system for plant disease detection and environment-aware risk prediction is disclosed. The system comprises an ESP32-CAM device (102) configured to capture images of a plant leaf specimen (101) and a multi-class CNN model (107) configured to identify plant diseases across multiple crop disease categories from the captured images. Real-time environmental parameters, including temperature and humidity, are acquired through a backend server (105) and processed by an environmental risk scoring engine (108) to generate predictive disease outbreak assessments. The system operates on a hybrid edge- cloud architecture wherein lightweight inference tasks are executed using a TinyML model (103) on edge devices, while computationally intensive analytics are performed by the backend server (105). A cloud LLM advisor (109) generates treatment recommendations, preventive measures, and crop management guidance. The system further comprises diagnostic history logs (110) and a dashboard (111) providing multilingual voice assistance and long-term monitoring, thereby enabling integrated disease diagnosis, predictive crop protection, and intelligent agricultural decision support.
