MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621082133 A) filed by Ashish Rajnikant Shah; and Shashidhar Menon on July 03, 2026, for System And Method For Physics-Driven Recognition Optimization And Information Yield Evaluation.
Inventors include Ashish Rajnikant Shah; and Shashidhar Menon.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a physics-driven recognition optimization, information yield evaluation, adaptive sensing, storage, reconstruction, and deployment qualification system for analyzing observations acquired from one or more sensing devices. The system employs a Recognition Physics Architecture configured to estimate recoverable information and recognition capability by evaluating physical, optical, temporal, environmental, and operational parameters including spatial sampling density, observation geometry, motion effects, illumination conditions, signal-to-noise ratio, object dynamics, and environmental influences. An Information Yield Engine determines informational value, recognition confidence, evidentiary utility, and recognition opportunity density associated with acquired observations. Based on such evaluations, the system adaptively controls sensing parameters, storage allocation, transmission prioritization, compression strategies, and reconstruction operations to optimize resource utilization and recognition performance. The invention further provides deployment qualification mechanisms for predicting operational recognition effectiveness prior to installation and reconstruction methodologies for generating traceable, temporally coherent, evidentiary-grade outputs. The architecture is applicable to imaging, biometric, radar, LiDAR, thermal, environmental, edge, and cloud-based sensing systems.
