Abstract: ABSTRACT System and Method for Personalized Treatment Recommendation Using Artificial Intelligence The present disclosure relates to a system and a method for individualized treatment recommendation based on artificial intelligence. The system gathers multimodal clinical information from physiological sensors, laboratory investigations, medical imaging systems, wearable monitoring devices, medication records and electronic health records. The attained data is synchronized and processed by a clinical data reliability evaluation module for evaluating the quality of the individual data sources. A biological variability quantification module estimates the patient-specific physiological response characteristics and an adaptive biomarker relationship module dynamically establishes clinical associations for therapeutic analysis. A treatment simulation and constraint module assesses the treatment options and a treatment conflict detection module identifies contraindications and drug incompatibilities. The system also estimates confidence in its recommendations, provides explainable clinical reasoning and improves its treatment recommendations over time by incorporating new physiological information using a dynamic feedback learning mechanism. A technical architecture is disclosed that enhances processor-based clinical decision support with heterogeneous medical data by improving the accuracy, reliability, adaptability, transparency, and safety of personalized treatment recommendations.
