Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a system and method for personalized medication dosage recommendation. The system (100) includes a wearable sensor unit (102) that captures physiological data (108) from a patient, a hardware processor (104) operatively coupled to the wearable sensor unit (102), and a display interface (106) operatively coupled to the hardware processor (104). The hardware processor (104) receives physiological data (108) from the wearable sensor unit (102) and executes pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modeling on the physiological data (108) to generate a metabolic profile. Based on the metabolic profile and an artificial neural network trained on historical patient response data, the hardware processor (104) generates a personalized dosage value (110) for a medication. The personalized dosage value (110) is transmitted to the display interface (106) for presentation to a medical practitioner, enabling precise, patient-specific medication administration and improving therapeutic outcomes.
