Abstract: ABSTRACT The system (100) for personalized blood pressure management includes an IoT sensor array (106) that acquires multi- parameter physiological data in real-time, a trained classifier (108) trained on individual-specific historical physiological data (202), and a microcontroller (104). The microcontroller (104) extracts physiological features from data received and applies the trained classifier (108) to generate personalized blood pressure trend predictions. Upon detecting a predicted escalation before a measured blood pressure value reaches a predefined risk threshold, the microcontroller (104) generates a pre-escalation alert. Updated physiological data is reintegrated into the trained classifier (108), progressively refining the individual-specific historical physiological data (202). A hypertension control recommendation is transmitted to a user interface (112), enabling intervention prior to onset of a clinically critical condition. The IoT sensor array (106), trained classifier (108), and microcontroller (104) collectively form a closed- loop adaptive architecture across prediction cycles. FIG. 1
