Abstract: A system and method for persistent context-aware digital access restriction and behavioral monitoring is disclosed. The system comprises a guardian computing device configured to generate restriction policies, a cloud synchronization server configured to synchronize the policies with a monitored computing device, a local policy storage unit for maintaining synchronized policies in a persistent local database, a policy enforcement controller configured to evaluate foreground application transition events and enforce application restrictions according to temporal access schedules, an activity monitoring processor configured to acquire behavioral activity information, a persistence management processor configured to restore policy enforcement following interruption, and a communication interface configured to exchange synchronized policies and behavioral activity information with the cloud synchronization server. The system provides persistent offline policy enforcement, synchronized policy management, behavioral activity monitoring, automated service restoration, and secure communication to improve reliability, continuity, and context-aware digital safety oversight across monitored computing devices.
