Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PERFORMANCE SCORE BASED RANK EVALUATION USING M-POLAR FUZZY OUTRANKING The present invention discloses a system (100) and method for performance score based rank evaluation of alternatives using m-polar fuzzy outranking analysis. The system (100) comprises an input module (110), a database (120), a processor (130), a memory (140), a normalization module (150), a weight computation module (160), an outranking computation module (170), a performance score evaluation module (180) and a ranking and output module (190). The performance score of each alternative is computed as the difference between a weighted concordance score, obtained by multiplying the sum of concordance indices by the number of comparable pairs of alternatives, and a weighted discordance score, obtained by multiplying the sum of discordance indices by the number of incomparable pairs of alternatives, thereby enabling unambiguous quantitative ranking of alternatives without graphical digraph interpretation.
