The processor (202) generates a risk assessment output comprising an adverse event probability score and a treatment eligibility decision. The risk assessment output is transmitted to a supervisor portal (108). A supervisory decision is received from a remote supervisor. A pre-treatment safety verification sequence comprising verification steps is enforced. A treatment authorisation status is determined based on the supervisory decision and verification status. The treatment authorisation status is dynamically linked to compliance states from verification subsystems (110). A treatment event data set is obtained through a partner treatment facility interface (112). An escalation condition is determined based on the treatment event data set. An escalation notification is transmitted upon the escalation condition being triggered.
