Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING COMPOSITE MATERIAL MANUFACTURING PARAMETERS The present invention relates to a system and method for optimizing composite material manufacturing parameters using real-time sensing, data processing, predictive analysis, and adaptive control. The system comprises a material input unit, manufacturing unit, plurality of sensors, data acquisition unit, processing unit, optimization engine, parameter control unit, data storage unit, and user interface. The sensors continuously monitor manufacturing parameters including temperature, pressure, resin flow rate, fiber tension, curing condition, humidity, and processing time. The acquired data is processed and analyzed by the optimization engine using machine-learning and optimization techniques to determine suitable manufacturing parameters corresponding to predetermined composite material properties. The parameter control unit dynamically adjusts manufacturing conditions based on the optimized parameters and detected process deviations. A closed-loop feedback mechanism continuously compares actual and predicted process conditions with target values to minimize defects, material wastage, processing time, and energy consumption. The invention improves manufacturing consistency, quality, mechanical performance, dimensional accuracy, and overall process efficiency of composite materials.
