The method involves pre-intervention assessment of sleep quality and pain levels, administration of the integrated interventions over a defined period, and post-intervention evaluation to measure outcomes. The invention addresses the bidirectional relationship between chronic pain and sleep disturbances in geriatric populations while avoiding risks associated with pharmacological treatments. Clinical evaluation demonstrated statistically significant improvement in sleep quality scores and reduction in pain levels. [
