Abstract: ABSTRACT A system (100) for non-contact stage-wise monitoring and maturity prediction of sugarcane crop includes a sensing unit (102) positioned within a sugarcane field and configured to concurrently capture a first signal channel and a second signal channel comprising. A signal stability comparator circuit (104) operatively coupled to the sensing unit (102) conditions the combined dual-channel input, derives a rate of change of a conditioned first channel output and a conditioned second channel output independently across a plurality of successive time intervals, and generates a convergence detection signal upon detecting concurrent stabilisation of the derived rate of change below a predefined stability threshold. A hardware processor (108) operatively coupled to the signal stability comparator circuit (104) classifies successive growth stages of the sugarcane crop, determines a harvest-ready maturity stage, and transmits a stage-differentiated advisory output varying in content based on a classified growth stage output to a user device (124).
