The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for multi-parameter assessment and performance classification of UPSC Civil Services examination aspirants is disclosed. A First Analytics Engine automatically computes twenty-five (25) Preliminary parameters (P1–P25) across Knowledge, Execution, and Behavioral modules, contributing forty percent (40%) to a composite score (W1 = 0.40). A Second Evaluation Engine receives Subject Matter Expert scoring of nineteen (19) Main parameters (M1–M19) across Structure, Analytical, and Enrichment modules, contributing sixty percent (60%) (W2 = 0.60). A Database Enforcement Mechanism, implemented as a BEFORE INSERT trigger, validates each of the nineteen evaluator remarks against a minimum character count threshold before permitting storage, blocking non-compliant submissions from any data pathway. A Composite Analytics Module computes Score = (Preliminary Score × 0.40) + (Main Score × 0.60) and classifies each aspirant into one of five performance bands: Foundational, Developing, Competitive, Advanced, and Aspirant-Ready. FIG. 4 is representative of this invention.
