Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an intelligent healthcare system and method for disease prediction, root cause analysis, and emergency alerting using multi-modal data processing. The system receives patient inputs including textual symptoms, voice input converted to text, and medical images, and processes the data through preprocessing and feature extraction modules. An artificial intelligence-based analytics engine comprising natural language processing (NLP) and convolutional neural network (CNN) models analyzes the inputs and generates a disease prediction through a decision fusion mechanism. A root cause analysis engine correlates the predicted disease with underlying causes using a medical knowledge base and provides explainable diagnostic output along with personalized recovery recommendations. A doctor recommendation module suggests appropriate medical specialists based on disease severity. An emergency alert module automatically triggers alerts upon detection of critical conditions. The invention enables real-time, accurate, and explainable healthcare decision support, improving early diagnosis, patient safety, and accessibility to medical services.
