Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MULTI-MODAL CARDIAC DISEASE DETECTION The present invention relates to a multi-modal Cardiac disease detection system (100) configured for automated identification of cardiac abnormalities using synchronized physiological signal analysis. The system (100) comprises a multi-modal signal acquisition interface (102) configured to capture time-aligned electrocardiogram (ECG) and phonocardiogram (PCG) signals, a preprocessing and data balancing engine (104) configured to clean the acquired signals and resolve clinical data class imbalances, and a multi-branch feature extraction module (106) configured to generate linear and chaotic non-linear feature matrices. The system (100) further comprises a hybrid multi-engine classifier framework (108) employing transfer learning and deep recurrent neural network architectures for analyzing the extracted features, and a performance evaluation and model selection engine (110) configured to optimize diagnostic outputs. The system (100) generates an automated diagnostic Cardiac disease () classification output (112) indicating specific cardiac valvular or congestive abnormalities. FIG. 1 will be the reference figure.
