Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MULTI-FACTORIAL ASSESSMENT AND PREVENTION OF ADOLESCENT SUBSTANCE USE A system and method for multi-factorial assessment and prevention of adolescent substance use is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a sociocultural assessment module (110) evaluating peer influence and cultural factors, a psychological assessment module (120) evaluating mental health and coping factors, and an environmental assessment module (130) evaluating family dynamics and socioeconomic factors. A data integration engine (140) processes assessment data using weighted algorithms and machine learning to generate comprehensive risk profiles identifying characteristic vulnerability patterns. A personalized intervention generator (150) produces targeted prevention recommendations matched to individual risk profiles. A communication interface (160) facilitates coordination between families, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. The method enables early identification of at-risk adolescents and delivery of evidence-based interventions addressing the specific combination of factors contributing to substance use vulnerability.
