The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING COATING ON SURFACE OF A MATERIAL Disclosed herein is a system for monitoring the coating on the surface of a material. The system may involve transmitting signals to the surface of the material and receiving reflected signals. The reflected signals are analyzed to determine a distance between the material surface and sensors. If deviations in the distance are detected, the system may adjust position of the sensors to maintain a constant distance, ensuring accurate monitoring. Additionally, the reflected signals may be analyzed to extract colorimetric information about the material surface both before and after the coating is applied to the surface of the material. The system may thereby ensure continuous monitoring and adjustment of the sensors and thereby ensure consistent application of coating by sending notification to user for dynamically controlling downstream coating process. In addition, enhanced precision and efficiency of the coating process while minimizing need for manual oversight may also be achieved. [FIG. 1]
