MUMBAI, India, July 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411097015 A) filed by Mercedes-Benz Group AG on December 09, 2024, for System And Method For Monitoring Charging Health Of Field Vehicles Based On Time Series Data.

Inventors include Ansuman Chand; Akash Mahdev; Mahendra Gehlot; Saurabh Chaudhari; and Atchaya Manivel.

The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system (104) and a method (600) for monitoring charging health of field vehicle (102) based on time series data. The system (104) captures one or more parameters of one or more field vehicles (102) at cycle level. System (104) stores cycle level data in Power Net Dataset (PNDS) (108), and generates PNDS vector (114). System (104) generates an embedding vector (112) by using an embedding generator (302) based on the cycle level data. System (104) selects the cycle level data and integrates with the embedding vector (112) to generate time series data. System (104) computes a charging score based on evaluating time series data and a charging curve of the one or more field vehicles (102) with endurance vehicles (106). System (104) generates recommendations for at least one customer pertaining to charging health of the one or more field vehicles (102).
